What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

even with 56.72 nvidia drivers? i don´t have that problem, please tell me your settings on screens and your nvidia drivers

Googol

Give me back my floppy face!
I have both problems, but everything else works near flawlessly so I don't really give a crap. They're minor, tiny things that don't affect the gameplay in any way.

What do you guys use as a controller?
I'm having to use the keyboard.
It's hard to aim Link's hookshot/bow/slingshot with this emulator I'm using.
I have to go into the controller settings and change the sensitivity every time I want to shoot something and then set it back to fast to make Link run at full speed again.
Do any of you use one of those N64-USB controller adapters?

I use a ps2 pad for all my gaming, i made the printer port connector myself.

if you have an n64 pad, you could look at the adaptoid, it seems to be the best supported.

Hm...is there any progress with this mod? Haven't seen anything for a while...just don't give it up...it looks so damn great so far :)

Googols right, they are very minor issues and they dont affect the gameplay really, but it still annoys me a little because it detracts from the feel of the game to open up you start screen and be attacked by this pixelated mess :D

And I don't get any of these problems when I run the game with the defualt graphics plugin, so I feel as if its a problem that really should not be there, its not really a "can you still play the game" issue.

Thanks for helping, you guys really don't have to worry about my comp problems, but if you still interested in my settings, I'll post them when I have a little more time than a couple minutes to post a message.

I think you can fix the Equipment subscreen being a "pixelated mess" by the framebuffer into write back and reload.

ummm.....you should cut off the trees in the kokiri forest map. They might be more trouble than any other thing because they take too much space

Hey Fedrelli!

Fedrelli? I'm just wondering if you'd like me to do some Box art/Cd art for you??
Below I've got a quick cd art of TP I made using screens.

logo pack (with shadow) finished :)
I did a partial shadow to make more faithfull...

MuhMuh: I'm agree, need people who work on "world" textures... (personaly, i don't have skill and motivation to do that)

Hey guys, I've been having issues working on Mario Kart 64 and am curious how you guys were able to deal with cutting your logos into the strips necessary for putting them in the game and also naming the strips without having to "right-click, rename, copy the name, delete that file and then rename the new file to the name of the file I just deleted." Please let me know because it looks like you guys solved the problem and I haven't been able to find where you discussed the solution.

I'm sure you could make a batch process in photoshop that splits the file in the desired way, and then saves each section with filenames that you've already specified.

EDIT: Actually I think it's done with an action not as a batch process.
