What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

Googol, if I may say, your floor texture looks very flat. Maybe thinning out the lines between the cobbles, and even making them less black. Great job, but that floor texture is unsettling, personally.

Love it love it love it! Great work Djipi

Googol, your shots are looking much better! Not sure about the cobblestone floor though, looks a bit linearty. Looks like you have a bit of a tiling issue too.

I've been making textures for a personal project. The best way to make tiling textures is to double your canvas size (not image size), then take the original image, duplicate it so you have 4 of them, and lay them out 2x2. Flatten them, then crop it down to the original image size in the center. Then if your seams are off it will be clearly visible and much easier to fix.

Give me back my floppy face!

I know what you mean, but it at least fits in a lot more with the rest of the style. I'll probably improve on it before release.

That's what I do - it's just I got sick of doing it on the floor for ages, and just finished for the night.

I'll post later tonight after some more work on the textures.

Any chance you could post all your texture updates in one place? Possibly edit your first post and add the files? I'm pretty sure someone asked for this before.

This is simply amazing. You would be a god if you could do the same for Majora's Mask. Could someone give me the links to the current releases of the packs for this please?

As you see there is a few tiling glitches in the mirror, but I don't know why is happenning this, I've put all the tiles (the same that is using the emulator) in one file and it's looking perfect, but in the game it's not right if anyone have an idea I'll try to fix it.

In other hand, the no hi-res textures that shows in the upper and subber sides are there because I haven't been able to determine what textures goes there yet. I've putted number in all the textures that compose the image, but there cases in that I can't see that numbers.

Well, thats all.

greetings

Ok djipi

Another thing, I cannot dump the textures of the upper view, I don't know why. If anyone can dump it and send it to me I'll be able to do this view

Have you tried of turning Texture Dumping off, switching into upper view, save on a savestate, put Texture Dumping on and then loading the currently saved savestate?
This works pretty often for me though ;)
