What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

Well, now I have the dump of the upper view.

When I see it I thougt it's gonna be easy, because it's a single file of all the view. But I've resize mdtauk's image and putted in the right place and with the right name, and the texture doesn't load in the game.

I've tried with different sizes (2x, 3x and 4x) but the plugin don't load the texture. Any idea??

well,
if you want to see your texture :
Open the original dump
resize it to x4 (or x2). Now creat a new layer and past your mdtauk texture on it.

Now mixed the two layers and save to "name of texture".png to your hires folder.

And normally it will work ;-)

Does anyone know how to solve the problem of the interior boxes looking weirdly mapped? There must be a tutorial somewhere that shows you how to adjust for the box's skewing geometry...

Are you talking about inside of the house? If you are, that's the way the textures fit together in 3d. You have to edit the items that sit between two textures so they look corectly when imported into the game.

I'll try it djipi.

What I'm doing with the textures is copy & paste directly over the original and then save with the same name and it works for the textures of the other view.

Good job! Ice Cave's starting to look much more WW-ish. I love the ice to the right and the transition from ice-walls to stone off in the distance.
