  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

Djipi, I was wondering, could release a screenshot of Link riding the horse? The horse makes dust appear under its feet, and I'm sure the Wind Waker swirls will look great there. Seeing a cel-shaded horse wouldn't be too bad either.

I felt bad for not being able to model the scene earlier (i tried and i failed.) So I tried to make it up. I dont know if this is what you are after, but I have spent a little time trying to make a wind waker-y map.



I am still working on it, and considering redrawing the map itself in a wind waker style. I dno. The file size is large enough, as the width is 1500px (all i remember.) But, should I carry on, or is it not what you are after?

on a completely different side note, I found out what I did for zelda back before texture editing. I remember I hacked a crap cel shading code, messing with the RSP settings. Unfortunately emulators seem to bypass this code or something; as it doesnt work on emulators. Still, interesting if useless (thanks to orkins kick ass plug in!)

That map is great, it may need adjusting for use in game, could you send me a copy at a large resolution, and I will use it if you want, did you use my version of the Hylian font, or the other version, Mine is designed to look exactly like the original in a caligraphy style, where as the other version is a more modern version with harsh angles in it.

I think the clouds in the Map screen should be like the ones on the sky in WW.

i have a problem , to remake screen link it's ok see shot. But when you press start you return to game and you press start again , link screen is same the first shot !! problem?

I Don't know what's wrong djipi
but I think the clouds should be swirly
and have the hearts with a white outline been done, because the last HUD pack didn't have them, And it seems like something that could be easily overlooked

I already said, that is a framebuffer texture, it's updated constantly with the framebuffer, do not retexture it, there's no point.

djipi, you may post a new thread when you finish your pack like " Djipi hi-rez texture Zelda Oot pack is finished".

Maybe if you have some differents languaje in your pack you can post each pack with their respective languaje.

Use bittorrent, it's easier...

I like the cartoony ones too, except the ocarina and the kokiri sword needed some work. maybe you could release the cartoony ones seperately if you aren't going to use them
