  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

Can some one please post the Kokori forest cell shaded pack i dont have that and also how do i make link and/or mario cell shaded?

yeah i cant download it
it needs to be hosted or in little chunks
and to make link or mario cel shaded you have to use a special plugin/video card or someone needs to retexture them to look that way

file planet,i wanna see the kokori forest in cell shade :( can any1 provide me with a full up to date HiRes folder of djipi's zelda project?really can't wait till it comes out i read every page and downloaded everything possible

I can't see the paths or the walls correctly when i use these hi-res packs
the paths are gone and the walls just look... the same.

wich plug-in version are you using?

remember that you need to have this:

BMGlib.dll in root folder
BMGlibPNG.dll in root folder
msvcr71.dll in root folder
msvcp71.dll in root folder
RiceVideoDebug.dll in plugins folder
RiceVideo6.1.0.dll in plugins folder
RiceVideo.dll in plugins folder
hires_texture folder on plugins folder
The Legend of Zelda folder on plugins/hires_texture folder
the pack uncompressed on plugins/hires_texture/The Legend of Zelda folder

...and of course you need to configurate your plugins in settings menu (go to graphics plugin and select Rice's Video Plugin 6.1.1 beta 10)

then go to gfx options and click the "Texture Filters" upper option and check "Load hi-res textures if avaible"

I really like how's look the menu with these screens and I also have an idea to the paper–kind: cut on the borders to make it look old and devastated. I attach some example (I just added the alpha channel and cut the shadowed part following the original one but I certainly think that could look so much better).

Good call. I assumed the alpha texture was already included, but nice job. Consider tweaking the alpha to accomidate for a shadow, though. It would be nice to have some depth on the paper. It does have thickness. :)

I will add some paper cracks on the top and bottom, and possibly a shadow, there isnt much space to work with. Could you post more screenshots with all the items included on the screens, so when I come to finish the TWW Style pack, I can fix any mistakes...

If you still want me to send that WW Map thing, I will, and I would have but I have not yet had a spare hour to upload it, sorry (having to use yousendit, which is slow.) The text wasnt using your font however, but I rasterized font layers so they'll need redoing, sorry.

yes please, i am getting the OoT style pack finalised, then I am moving onto TWW style pack, and finally a twilight princess style pack

isnt there still alot of detail on ganondorf for instance. What about simplifying his costume, perhaps even give it a touch of Wind Waker Ganon style... also I have finished the font tiles for your TWW style pack, if you would like to use them see how it looks in the screenshots, let me know if they need tweaking...

oups sorry mdtauk , i would like to know is you can make for my project the same work than your twilight princess work .
I like the idea to include a image (you work a wolf) near the name of the places.
Caverne dogondo with a dogondo head (it will be great!)!!!. Or this idea will be maybe just for dungeon temple.
Can it be possible?

For temple it will be wonderfull , (Fire temple Volcania , forest temple other think , it will be great)

I just would like to know if someone can test mdtauk work letter to see if it's correct because now i don't have time.
