For Radeon users, make sure that Software T&L is turned on.
For DirectX, you should use "High End" combiner, may also try to use stage limited combiners

The 1964.exe 10-25 build won't play Conker with 2-pass compiler. I think there are some new bugs. Conker will play if I turn 2-pass compiler off.
Since higher resolution usually means slower performance, especially for mid or low-end video cards. Which resolution do you usually use? Is there a visual difference from a 800x600 fullscreen mode to 1024x768 fullscreen mode? how about 1280x1024 fullscreen mode? A 800x600 could be much faster...
