What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

what is your plugin configuration, DirectX or OpenGL, and combiner type ?

Those hearts are already retextured :D.

Do i don't know how they look ingame :p. Perhaps mdtauk wanted the text that appears when you have 1/4, 1/2, and 2/3 of a heart.
(newer have 2/3 but 3/4 yes :saint: )

in french, I have for :
- 1/4 : Quart de coeur
- 1/2 : Quart de coeur
- 3/4 : Quart de coeur

in german, I have for :
- 1/4 : Herzteil
- 1/2 : Herzteil
- 3/4 : Herzteil

I'm not sure mdtauk wanted that because it's present in the pack dump language...

I am using rice plugin 6.11 beta 10, DirectX - 800x600 window mode.
I have Enable SSE & Enable Fog on.

DirectX Configs (all defaults):

Combiner Typer: To fit your video card

Texture Filter settings:

Texture quality: 32 bit
force texture filter: N64 default texture filter

texture enhancement & filters:

texture enhancement: Sharpen
and of course I have load hi-res textures if available :)

some tests need:
1)if you replace "To fit your video card" by "pixel shader", solved ?

2)if not, try opengl with "fragment program extension"

3)try disable hires, it's possibly a file corrupt in hires or take too big place in video memory

4) if 1, 2 and 3 not it's a driver problem...

Kman, if you are out there and reading this, i could really use your textures now, since release is imminent (aka as soon as mdtauk sends his last textures :))

I got a problem.
I wanted to modify some Paper Mario's texture, but when I put the two .dll files into my Plugin folder,an error appeared saying :

bmglib.dll cannot be found

And the message doesn't stop to popups,so I need to close my Emulator.

So where can I get that bmglib.dll ?

Read the readme file that came with the plugin. It should be in the plugin folder. Take it from there, and paste it into the emulator's main folder.

Yes I know,I downloaded a Zelda texture pack.
Then in the "Read This" file, there was an url to the two .dll file.
When I unziped it,there was only two .dll file and not any bmglib.dll file.

Well the pack that I downloaded only has : RiceVideo.dll and RiceVideoDbg.dll

But not any bmglib.dll .
