What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

And Amon, i haven't used any of your textures (which ones are you talking about?)

I am talking about these, the first is the one from my pack earlier and the second is the one in your pack. Other than that, the others that look like mine could just be using the same pictures I used, but I created this one by scratch along with the fire and light.
Another example of what's not loading is Link's new mouth and ear textures.

I'm using a Ricevideo6.1.1 Beta 10, Catalyst 5.4 drivers, pixel shader mode in options (using a Radeon 9800pro) and ocarina of time v1.2

They are showing up fine for me, as I'm only using ocarina of time v1.0

Version difference between 1.0 & 1.2 shouldn't have any effect either, with OoT v1.2 I get exactly the same textures loading as I do with OoT v1.0 & MQ.

Amon_Knives: sorry to say you that, but I have just reinstall the pack (0.18) and the bow texture that you say, is not present...

Yeah, I just kinda realized that after my post. Apparently, When I tried to delete the one before to install .18, I didn't delete the "subscreen" folder. So I was basically looking at my same textures. Sorry for the spam everyone. Sorry Fed.

I Have Finish all "Fire Temple" Texture!!
Here's shots!!

Hmmm, I hate to say this, but it basically looks like you just raised the resolution then added the same stone filter effect over and over again over the top of each layer. It also looks too flat, it needs a little depth.

Who cares about the method used, as long as the result looks good (and it does IMO) It may be possible to make better textures, but Djipi's screenshots look more than decent.

When I unpack the Fed 0.18 i get the Legend of zelda folder, but it contains subfolders. Are they supposed to be in that structure or should I put all the images of all subfolders to the Legend of zelda folder? I´m asking because i dont get high res on the grass of the Hyrule field, but i do get high res on the grass in Links village. Also the text when speaking is not high res.

textures will load from subfolders they are organised into folders to make them easier to manage.

anything that isn't high res is more than likely still to be done as its a WIP.

Well the method does matter because it reflects on the work.. :whistling

Anyway in the end Amon is correct. Diji plz man keep working on Paper Mario you were doing a mad job on that the other guy is sorta messing up your work.

Fed's been hanging around the Triforce too long.
Now he's Tri-posting. :)

lol, yeah.

I have finished my hyrule field grass of my work, long time ago acually. I'll wait and see what Fed comes up with before I start making comparisons, i mean, look how KMan shot down my water texture with his even better water texture.

Just as reference, this is an old pic of my hyrule grass texture.
