  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

Djipi - could you or someone test this out, its a Wind Waker style 'Select Item' screen, and I need to see a screenshot to see how it looks...

wow that's great Djipi!, i just hope that orkin releases his plug-in by the time you release your final pack so I can play it completely cell shaded :icecream:

Djipi I think that your cel-shaded version of zelda should use the Cel-shaded lightning. The Per-Pixel Lighting is too "real" for that "anime" textures.

You did rename the tiles I take it? And the problem with the logo is that one tile is missing, and the old one is being used...

mollymutt that new title doesnt work with resoultions over 800x600 very well.

I hope Orkin releases his plugin too soon :) wats the % completion on that thing orkie?

Silly me, I didn't rename them. I just took it for granted that they were ready to go. I renamed one of them, but I don't have time to do all of them right now. Ill get to the rest of them either later today or tommorrow. Now it looks good uingame, but in the original, the backgrouind is transparent, but not in the new ones. I'll show you a cap, and let me know if I should change them to make them transparent. The renamed one is in the bottom right corner.

it happens when you use FSAA 2x or more (full screen anti aliasing)

If someone can send me the tile dump for the start button screens, then I can test them myself...

Well, here it is... mdtauk's select item screen. It looks great! Now, tell me if I should keep it as is, or should I make the background transparent like the original?

Well I can see it in use now, so it makes it easier to work on the other screens.

I think we should wait for some comments before continuing, people may like the transparency, but others may not, so I will hold off until more people comment on it.

Also, can you use coloured images to replace the graphics, so the menus dont remain in the same colours as the original ones.

Do you mean change the textures you made from grey to another color? Which color should I make them?
Anyway, I was messing around with the item screen, and I did this. Tell me what you think.

Can we see the item screen with all the items in it?

And I like modding the link image that never works, but maybe wait for the cellshade plugin to be done and use it to give it that feel?

Could you send me the numbered dumps for all the start button menus, so I can test my own images and load them in high rez, also if you can send me numbered images from the opening menus (where you choose a file) i can start working on that also.

If its possible, I would like to recolour all the menus in the green and yellow colours of Wind Waker...

I haven't done the opening menus yet, maybe later on today. Iv'e got some work to do right now.
Now, I tried recoloring the menu, but the blue is still very dominent, how can I disable the blue backgruond?
