Finally I made it. Using that configurations:

Options

CPU Core Style = Recompiler
Self-Mod code method = Check Memory&Cache
N64 4MB expansion pak = Using
Advanced Block Linking = On

-
Rom Settings

CPU Core Style = Recompiler
Self modifying code method = Check Memory&Cache
Advanced Block Linking = On
Default Save Type = Automatically Detect
Counter Factor = 2

Large Compile Buffer = unchecked
Use TLB = Checked
Register Caching = Checked

I saved just before the beggining of fight, then I changed the options and reload the game.
I beat the boss and get the key on Angry Aztec. Everything else (others counter factors) failed. It seems that Counter Factor = 2 is the way to make the key to appear. But its hard to kill the boss (the jump is too short).
