  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

@chaoszerox nice job on the metal grate it seems to fit right in, also about the flame texture please correct me if I'm wrong but i swear we already have a hires flame texture.

There is a hires flame texture, because that's one of the things I looked for when I downloaded the pack. I wasn't sure if it was pure particle effect in the code, so I had been wondering when I downloaded it if the look would be ruined every time you lit a deku stick. :p

Ok, I plan on releasing the latest pack at the end of this month :)
So you all have 26 days to submit something.

Oh yeah anyone being able to contact chieftain or Zeckron as they have both done a lot of brilliant work that hasn't being submitted which would be a shame to lose.

Hey everyone....I had looked into some of the retexturing vids on youtube a few months ago and just today remembered them and I didn't realize it was a "free-for-all" per say....
so i have started up an account here hoping to be of any service...I have looked at some tutorials on the N64 Redux site and trying to get the hang of it....
I have quite a bit of Photoshop experience but i haven't used it in a long time so i'm hoping i can help =]

Map Menu... Finally

Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay, but I finally went back and finished my set of textures for the inventory menus. Death-Droid, here is the link to the map menu images.

I found a small problem for whoever was working on menu text. Its no big deal though. Nocturne of shadow just runs over a bit.

I've reverted back to a Windows setup, so my PJ64/1964Video issues should be solved.

I was the one who redid the text following Djipi's style, and I planned on redoing all three languages when v5 of the pack and the upcoming 1964Video update is released (so I'm not too far behind).

Any suggestions as to the font I should use if the Reggae font is no good?

Brilliant job there stwstl5926 I could never get he wall texture anywhere near that quality.

Adding them to the pack right now.

I just caught that EDIT to your post. I'll redo the columns too, no problem. I've been away on Spring Break, but now I'm back and have a bunch of spare time again, which I'll likely spend working on this. :)

Is there any kind of ETA on the next release of the pack? I'm not asking for a date, I just want to know whether I should wait for the next release to finish the text if it's going to be anytime soon or just use the older pack.

Also, didn't someone mention an update to 1964Video? The same question can be asked for that.

Next release of the pack will be on the 31st and yes I did mention an update to 1964Video but I haven't being bothered to do much so it may not come out for a little while.
