ooooh buggeerrr lol. i have a horrible feeling that's my fault, and theres nothing i can do about it now cos the plugin's internal DB takes priority :/ sorry folks. I just want to know (not passing the buck or anything ;)) what the devs thought they were doing having one region use a diff. uCode than the others... not confirmed yet, ill have to go back to old plugins to find out.

smiff, Turok - Dinosaur Hunter (U) (V1.2) needs CF = 2 to actually get in-game for me, do you get the same?

no could you be more specific about where CF2 is needed please? screenshot maybe? what happens on CF1?

with CF1, when i select "START GAME" the screen just stays black.
oh well, if it doesn't happen to you never mind???

Using CF=1 doesn't cause a problem with (V1.0). Do you have (or could you get) that version Ogy and see if the problem persists?

yes, it happens with 1.0 too.

:hrm: installed PJ641.4 on a different folder and it works(didn't delete registry )... strange huh?

it's probably because i screw around with pj64 options all the time to finish my glide64 compatibility list. only ~10 games to go:cool:

:( Damn it! the RDB that comes w/ PJ64v1.4 ISN'T on CF1 for turok ??? so when changing to CF1 it hangs again, ahh, i'm probably the only user it happens to :p so just forget it.

Donkey Kong 64 (U) [!]

Hey Smiff, I have something to report about Donkey Kong 64 (U) [!].

CF = 3 (your setting) makes the game run faster, but it's not the best setting, since Donkey's barrel game isn't playable and some exits aren't accessible.

CF = 4 solves all these problem (even if the game will run worse) while CF = 6 set the barrels ( in barrel game) to have the maximum range.
I suggest to run DK with CF = 3 then, when needed, save the game, change the ini, exit and relaunch PJ64.

Also, "protect memory" seems to work better than "check mem. & cache" but playing the minecart level PJ64 will report an access violation in the graphic plugin.

The latest rdb file is SLOW!

I don't know whether the latest rdb file is more compatible or not, but I felt that it was slow. I used it to play Fushigi no Dungeon - Furai no Shiren 2 (J), it's over 50% slow down.

Eveyone does relise that the RDB is just a text file with individual game settings right? The latesed RDB isn't slow, the settings for that game may be wrong, but I wouldn't be suprised if Smiff hasn't even touched the settings for "Fushigi no Dungeon - Furai no Shiren 2 (J)"

Smiff did change the setting of RDRAM size= 8. But the game is 50% slow down and still Freeze on some screen.

this is really horrible. if you or someone could get a few states together for relevant points that would help muchly.

hey o got all savestates and state u'll need.. (wel not the 3rd level) but the 1st and 2nd.. so where can i put them.. i don;t got a ftp server or so.. maybe in a sharing proggy like dc or dc++??
