Beaten? Pfft. This is not a game. I'm just putting stupid comments to yours. Pointing out that you're a sony fanboy, because you really are, and there's pretty much nothing else to comment you about--you won't accept it anyway.
Mind telling me how this translates into a bad system/games?
It shows what kind of awful company you're dealing with. Do you think for a second that they actually CARE about you? They're just in it for the money.

Here's a little story about Mike... let's see him have his fun with his brand new PS3.
One day, Mike's PS3 suddenly just doesn't work no matter what he does. Of course, he send his shiny new system back to Sony for repair.
Scenario 1) Sony repairs the console and sends it back in 4 weeks (hey, it's probably the laser that broke and there's a shortage of those components!). It breaks again in 4 weeks.
Scenario 2) Mike gets a letter from Sony saying: "Dear, Mr. Mike. We are sorry, but unfortunately your console is beyond repair. We will ship you a new one in 2 months when we can get a hold of a new one. Thank you for your patience." 3 months later, Mike gets a new console which breaks again after 4 weeks.
Scenario 3) Unfortunately, the PS3 had acted up before and Mike got mad about it and kicked his PS3. When he sent it in for repair he got a letter from Sony saying: "Dear, Mr. Mike. Unfortunately, it seems that you have caused some damage to your PS3 that your warranty does not cover. Do not worry, however. For the small sum of $300 we'll repair it and send it back to you." After paying and getting the console back in 4 weeks, it breaks after 4 weeks. Again.
Scenario 4) Unfortunately, the PS3 had acted up before and Mike got mad about it and kicked his PS3. When he sent it in for repair he got a letter from Sony saying: "Dear, Mr. Mike. Unfortunately, it seems that you have caused some damage to your PS3 that your warranty does not cover. Do not worry, however. For the small sum of $650 we'll send a new system home to you."
