I believe thats the unimplemented motion-blur of conkers bad fur day, instead of seeing a nice motion blur you see random gunk instead. don't worry it doesn't happen very often anyway.

Bug report time once again:

Emulator crashes occasionally when entering level Spiral Tower in Bomberman Hero. This also happens with my old computer so I'm pretty sure it's emulator's fault.

Oh, and by crashing I mean the screen turns white and it gets stuck.

:( WTF is wrong?.... I play SSB and after like 10mins either my PC reboots auto or PJ crashes!!!....

P.S. Only happens when I run PJ64 1.6

You're processor probably is unstable. I suggest that you run stress testing utilities. I recommend Prime95.

Project 64 1.6

Quick reminder Project 64 is in Beta 10 stage now.

Also note worthy is that the default jabo's D3D8 1.6 seems to work
best on my 6800 Ultra compared to other plugins, that may be due to
my own setup , but lets just say I can find 0% flaws in the jabo's D3D8 1.6
default plugin on my setup.

Asus P4c800-E
512MB 2225 Mushkin
6800 Ultra BFG oc
Audigy II plat

Those pictures were obviously taken with a digital camera or something, TV's always look different from a camera, if you couldn't tell that you need your eyes checked ;)

I don't know why anyone who could afford a 40" plasma screen would use a computer like the one in his profile, I'd rather have my current system+19" LCD monitor (no offence :p)

He almost certainly has an ATi now to be able to use 6xAA/16xAF. :p

GeForce 256 only had 4xAA/2xAF.

Oh sorry guys! I haven't been here in so long (1.6 brought me back) that I haven't updated my specs. The images were taken with my Sony P200 and resized. For some reason the screen capture button isn't working. I had the brightness level on GE and PD set too high when I took the pics, but it all looks 100% now! It rules that Rare included 16:9 support for their titles!

I figured it out, I can't take screenshots with FSAA enabled. I guess the new screenshot system snaps JPEGs instead of BMPs. Why that requires no FSAA is beyond me. Previous screenshots I've take with full AA looked amazing. Anyway, here are some screens... lots actually.

WWF No Mercy is FLAWLESS! Absolute perfection! Same with WM2K. PD, GE007 and CBFD are also perfect (as far as I can tell).

Vigilante 8 is close, but the menus are still messed up, BUT navigable. You can read the menu items now, but the backgrounds are messed. Also, there are these weird black squares around the explosion effects. It's not really a problem, but any ideas how to get rid of them? Strange that the HUD vanishes from the screen shots too... Bass-quake owns you! Get ready to roll the dice, bro!

Finally, how does online play factor in with PJ64 1.6? I suppose I'll have to look about. Here are some old shots I took with FSAA enabled:

Excelent work, but an old bug is still in GoldenEye

Excelent Work, is wonderful  :pj64: :D but, there is still a very old bug in GoldenEye, what da hell is happening with the skies? From the 1.4 version that we have that bugs, well, in the 1.5 final we had skies but without clouds, Rice Video Plugin fix that bug, but not at all, in the frigate, the water is a weird blue with green texture :plain: :( check my video card, it can be the card the problem... or the plugin, I really want to fix that bug, it's annoying me! Well, I posted 3 pictures of the bug.

That's definately a bad rom/graphics card problem. I've been playing Goldeneye 007 on PJ64 since 1.3 thru 1.6 or so and have no problems with the sky.

EDIT: Speak of the devil, the sky is now broken in 1.6. I get black (no sky), but no after-images like you have. This seems to be a fog-related problem, but I don't have any fog cheats on.

ehh.. sky has never worked properly, though it was hacked in in some version... for the smearing thing, try changing D3D clear mode to Default (video plugin rom settings tab). although it may have been set to Always for some reason..

CoTeCiO: Jabo's Direct 3D8 1.6 requires a superior card to the Geforce 4MX, the geforce4mx has no pixel shader capability and this plugin uses them quite a lot, you might find the "use legacy pipeline" option helpful, you may be better off with Jabo's direct3d6 1.5.2 though.
