Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.
If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I don't want to upload unfinished work. I think you have everything else of mine, but I want to hang on to the Water Temple until I'm done. When things settle down for me (should be fairly soon, from what I've been told), I'll see if I can't get that knocked out.

Oops. I had the filename wrong, somehow. Should be:

It still won't load, though.
I have problems getting some textures to work too... Seems like it should, but it doesn't. lain:
No clue really. Only thing I can think of is using a file from a different pack, and if it works just place your texture on to it. I was gonna do that with the gloves, but I couldn't make the gloves from the cartoon pack work in game either. =/

i don't think the gloves can be retextured as i've seen a few people try but they couldn't get it to to load

Hey guys I just registered because I'm very interested in helping out. I have been a texture artist for some time now mostly for Counter Strike. I dumped the textures but got several folders and TONS and tons of non descriptive pngs. I'm very confused. Maybe someone can help me out.

Oh yeah your not meant to really understand this stuff #223A0496#2#1#BE5FAAF3.
Overall you have to try and figure out where each texture actually belongs which can be quite annoying.
Oh yeah and personally i stick to the png folders.

I;m and audio engineer and would love to get my hands on the game midi to make a more high quality authentic sound.Does anyone have the textures for adult link and young link? I know you guys have already done them but I'm very very interested in redoing them.

AaronLite has just redone the adult textures and we don't have the young textures around here .

Thank you. is his tunic not possible to texture because I find it very distracting. Its too bright and not detailed.

I'm pretty sure you can re texture it
Young links tunic is shared with adult link. It also is like grey scale, so you only worry about shading. The bottom part of adult links hat is also shared with young link. Young links section of that texture is very tiny, was planning to work on it since its a shared texture. =/
The skirt of young link is not a shared texture. Neither are the boots.
I actually did up a sheath for young link and deku shield. Could use more work though... I'll update this post with pics later... I was working on adult links sheath too, the current one isn't like the original. =x
