That is being worked on, I can tell you that :bouncy:NoeOM said:High resolution textures support on Jabo's graphics plugin.

but, if you use an wide screen configuration between the 2 monitors would be possible
and that´s not emulator/plug-in configuration
I definitely agree with you there.squall_leonhart said:Increased AA support.
Jabo's DX8 plugin only goes up to 4x, but the Dx8 spec allows AA modes up to 8x+
That one made me laugh. The PJ64 team is most likely not going to buy the decoding software from Dolby, because it would cost a fortune, and it isn't really all that important anyway.squall_leonhart said:also, possibly a updated Sound plugin that decodes dolby pro logic properly
(a software decoder for those who have analogue 5.1 systems)
Pro Logic is a licensed technology and you need the correct formula to decode it. Thus, they either need to do it "illegaly" or buy a license which costs a fortune.squall_leonhart said:who said anything about buying it.
you can just make your own.
screw dolby.. rip them off.

It isn't that easy. Making a decoder for an algorithm they don't even know? Good luck. Dolby encoding isn't that easy either, as I've witnessed elsewhere. Besides... if pj simply sends all the audio data to the sound card, if it supports dolby decoding, then in theory it should be able to decode it and get surround sound.squall_leonhart said:or you can go with the third choice, code a fully self contained audio plugin that decodes 5.1 using its on methods.

meaning nes, snes, n64, gba sp/ds ..
That would be nice wouldn't it? 1 emulator for all nintendo titles ...yaaay
plus all the cool features ofcourse,
-lan/net play
-User friendly interface (Simplicity)
-5.1 digital sound support
-simple cheat creator system
-good/bad rom verifier/fixer
