I'm 14 and have just finished my 'tormented youth' phase. I shudder to think of the days when I thought bands like Korn and Slipknot were the best things ever created. Thank God for Jane's Addiction

Getting older sucks!

I'm 14 (almost 15 though). I just started high school in August and it's good and all but everything is going so fast all of a sudden. It feels more like a week than several months. Call it peter pan syndrom if you want but lookin foward to getting older with more freedom seems to be reversed once you start to get older. And all the things that used to be the greatest in the world and nothing else mattered aren't even as good anymore. Why does life suck like this?
