Guys this is a WIP so i need help, please report missing games and inconsistencies in this thread
I've corrected lot's of games since last release, added lots more.
But i still need help as you can see :)

Thanx Trotter, and Gandalf, perhaps Nemu is not famous in Argentina, but it is in the rest of the World :)

Hi. thanx for this awesome release, it felt good to dig nemu outta the cobwebs to see which of the many unplayable games would be playable with your new ini. Still haven't managed to get Pokemon Snap to work, in the comment section of Nemu, it says that Pokemon Snap is Fully playable (first time its ever said that, thanx!) and that it "Uses FB". I wanted to know what that meant, cuz Pokemon Snap still won't work for me and i was hoping u might know y. sorry to bother u like this.

Actually you can play pokemon snap, but can't move the camera...

You can move the controler in the 1st level with our new cheat ;)
It seems to be a copy protection. ;)

Federelli, the code works fine in Nemu 8 :) I just tried it myself, camera on first level = perfect. Cheat support always seemed to be fine in Nemu when I used it.

download the ones on that site http://cheats.emulation64.com/nemu64/gsdll_&_ini.htm and read the guide how to add and use http://cheats.emulation64.com/nemu64/cheat_help.htm

You do realise that the cheats dialog will not open unless a rom is running? If not, then that's your prob.

It's no copy protection. When using Rices newest plugin I managed it to move the camera and even pics are shot, but you'll get only 210 pkts for every PIC.

Can you tell us the Plugin-Settings, please!

Are you sure that you tested the first level and no cheat was activated?

The 210 Points are the same problem like Glide64, but the controller problem is still there!

I also tested RiceVideo 5.6.0 on Geforce without such a progress.

It worked with the first Version of Rices Plugin with differeced Options for Frame Buffer and Render to Texture ONLY. I used Basic & Write Back on both. But with the new Plugin it hangs on my Radeon all in Wonder 9600.

I know, i also used RiceVideo 5.4.3 and it works with Basic-Framebuffer, but you can't move the controller in the first level without my cheat, because it's no videoplugin issue. ;)

I feel dumb askin this but i have downloaded you .ini folder and have extracted it to nemu08 ... now what do i do with it :( Nemu is the only emulator that i have found that lets me use ALL of the buttons on my keyboard but all the games i want to play dont work at all Gauntlet Zelda etc .... how do i use this file and what other files might i be able to extract to helpo my nemu?

My previous .ini had every single game in the 2.02 romset :):)
This was built from scratch, and i only add games i can rent or get :)

Well, my US roms for Tonic Trouble and Donkey Kong 64 were misdetected as (E) and (J) roms respectively. So that's why I added the CRC information since they were only detected by the header name before, which they share with all the different regions. Sorry for the late reply.

Densha de Go! 64 : Interpreter=1 (bad gfx and hangs)

Avoid messing up gfx (but extremely slow)

Triple Play 2000 : Interpreter=1
FIFA 99 : Interpreter=1
FIFA Soccer 64 : Interpreter=1
Bomberman 64 : Interpreter=1
NBA Live 99 : Interpreter=1
Baku Bomberman : Interpreter=1

Perfect sound

Rugrats - Scavenger Hunt (U) : CompilerMode=3

To avoid a old bug common with every emulator except now Nemu:

Tom and Jerry in Fists of Furry (U) :

CompilerModer=3

and the game doesn't lock anymore in the menu when you have to choose your character

Mario no Photopie :

need disable Audio HLE to allow the gfx plugin to boot (you can check this by using Rice video plugin or Direct64a)
Glide64 have a gfx exception for that game. Press start before than the warning appears to get to the menu

Diddy Kong Racing :

CompilerModer=3

because Nemu have a small but annoying bug: the head of the character are spinning around their neck !!!!!!


That's all but it should enough for a release !!!

PS: Fed: if you have used CompilerMode=5 in a game, you should set it to CompilerMode=4 as CompilerMode=5 is really likely to hang

also NBA Courtside 2 - Featuring Kobe Bryant is working BUT there is a lot of black screens (CPU gfx)

So Nemu is not crashing !!!

you have to press start when you reach menu (you can get menu gfx with rice video plugin only ) and you get gfx at last with any gfx plugins. Just before entering the game, again some black screens and after you can play !!

I can't test kirby since in the latest internal release it gives me an exeption.

Still, amazing than Audio HLE (2) has anything to do with any kind of gfx :).

Disabling audio HLE is influencing timings so it can explain why ...

Nascar 2000 is not unplayable but need better settings to avoid blacks screens

use old buffer swapping method, buffer clear off and z buffer and the game is in fact fully playable

i know that NFL98 is certainly bootable (because i did it) but it was just chance because i didn't succeed to reproduce it afaik ...

BTW: i can't play Diddy Kong Racing (E) (M2) (V1.0) [!] (don't boot) with Nemu with current settings. Are you able ?
BTW2: you don't have the looping neck bug in diddy kong racing (adventure) ?

ok i did it

i get a NFL98 (E) (so not U) savestate just after the boot: here the savestate

after the game is fully playable :)

you may ask: how did i that ? well just after booting i click on disable audio HLE and sometimes with a lot of chance it works. i don't understand why and it's not easy to reproduce it. I'll try to provide a savestate for U version too. i would be funny if that could work for other games (a very little chance but who know ?).
