First off, Project64 is running beautifully and i have almost no issues running paper mario 64 on it. the problem is when it tries to (i believe) put a black transparency over the sprites or entire screen. I've seen screenshots of the game being played on the N64 and in places like the Toad Town Pipesystem mario isn't just a silouette.
In the two screenshots (both from the pipes area) the one with the black silouette is my computer, the one that looks right is from gamespot's website. another area (which is why this is such a big deal for me) is in the shyguy toy box. at the very end when you are in the red station you have to go into two rooms that are (again, my guess) tinted black with this overlay. since its not working the entire screen goes black and i have no idea what im doing. you have to fight a boss under this guise which makes it impossible to know what is going on and what to do. if anybody has been able to fix this problem before or could shed a little light on the situation i'd be very greatful.
