Warcraft3 - any good?

Yeah, its basically your typical mythological fiction type game. Orc, Humans, Elves, Dwarves, Dragons, Demons, Undead, etc. They are RTS style games like Age of Empires, Command & Conquer, Civilization, and the like where you control multiple units, build a city/civilization/army and go to war.

"warcraft: orcs and humans" being the first one.. wich was a huge hit.. and if you manage to find it somewhere (released sometime in the beginning-mid 90s)..

you should play it.. it still plays alot better than most RTS games i've played after that.. the second game with the expantion is close to the same as this one.. only it's alot harder and you have a few more things you don't have in the latest game like ships and stuff like that..

also the magicians and monsters you could call up back then where abit more fun.. not to talk about hellscream who was probably the most charismathic hero in the game .. *slice & dice*..

Thats another thing I didnt like in WC3. They completely removed seagoing battleships. Or at least ships you can control. That was one of my favorite parts of WC2.
