Hi,
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 SZ Notebook, DirectX 9.0c tells it passed hardware buffer test. So I suppose it must have a SPU. Integrated Sound doesn't pass hardware buffers test, just software buffers.

My audio is integrated and it passes both software and hardware buffer tests.

Soundstorm here mmmmm....i presume it makes some hardware sound

from what i've found SoundStorm is AC97 and only has software mixing.

its integrated audio using the AnalogDigital (AD) codecs... so it has no spu.
