PS: if helps, i'm using win xp and a geforce2 mx(with the lastest drivers of course)

I have the same problem as here (in Oot). I have a Geforce 4 MX 440 (shit) so its maybe a problem of driver but we never know.....

And I have also problem in Majora Mask (slow), Mario Tennis, Yoshi Story and other....

For those with a GF2/4mx try using the legacy pixel pipeline see if that helps.

Otherwise just use another plugin, or Jabos D3D6 1.5.2 which should work well. The Yoshi's story graphics issues btw were discussed and resolved earlier in this thread.

For Mario Tennis try forcing the D3D Transform pipeline.

hey, i have a problem whit this, i can't manage to put the rice's plug-in 6.1.1 beta10(the only one that i tried :icecream: )

every time i go te the plug-ins setting a error mensange apears:
filed to load plug-in

any help?

here are some fixes ive noticed so far

castlevania 64 - doesnt randomly crash in the beginining area. i seemed to be the only person having this problem, but now it doesnt happen. also the glass thing that u see over "options" and "start game" and stuff seems 100% fine now.

kirby 64 - seems totally playable but still no healthbar.

mario kart - fixed the lines in the roads not being straight. the tv screens on the first level and in warios course still dont work. not a big deal at all.

pilotwings 64 - fixed the shadow problem!!! and the sky problems, and the target problems. and some glitches on the jetpack ive noticed b4. :) im pretty happy about that. the boats in the water still have blue blocks under them though. not a big deal though.

smash bros - the blocking shields show up fine now.

rush 2049 - seems playable now. the sound isnt that great, but overall it seems better. i just tested in 1.5.1 and it wouldnt run at all. i THOUGHT it ran b4 but just really bad. anyone else test this game?

this isnt a fix..

yoshis story - the life petals are wrong(as someone else stated), but more importantly, its all messed up and half the screen like flashes and stretches. makes it pretty unplayable. is there some option to fix this?

this release rocks. keep up the great work.

Ok thank you. I try Oot with other plugin and it still don't work so I thing its from my graphic card....

And for MM it was juste because a put 4x antialiasing.... :p

Don't think there is a way to fix the petals at the moment, though the bug is noted. As for the messed up screen, easy fix available here (read Gent's post):

I'm having a problem with Donkey Kong 64. THe game was working fine until I received an error message saying that it had failed to load the EEPROM. Now I can't use the save states. Anyone have an idea as to what's going on or how to fix it?

about a comment about Kirby the crystal shards:

it's not a plugin issue, it's a core issue due to timings

use Mupen to see that status bar works perfectly with any gfx plugins.

Extreme G's notes say there is a hud problem, set the emulated width and height to 320x240 to get rid of this, the only hud prob i noticed was after a selection a small half screenstretch appeared for a split second.

Extreme G2 has no problems so far, in the 1.5 release this game would be unplayable with the default plugins unless there was a certain cheat running; now no prob.

Can't seem to get the IR scanner working in PD, any clues anyone?
Also, I have a lovely screenshot of exactly what I'm getting but it seems I'm too thick to understand how to post it, so it seems I need help with this aswell.

Everthing else works just fine,camspy etc,its just the way i'm getting an IR image of Banjo Tooie which I'm sure can't be right.

Possibly an un-emulated effect, nothing is perfect;

What level is the IR Scanner in anyway?

I test out all the almost all gadgets in the Carrington Institute training bit. Second door on the left outside the first room where you start. Also, Chicago has the Bombspy and the Airbase has the Drugspy.

The IR Scanner is faulty for me at the moment too. I know it did work in beta though at one point, so hopefully it may be fixed at some point.

It's potentially driver related.
