  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I made it as close to the other sides I can since oyu probably lost the original a long time ago
The file name is different since they dumped with another named for me- unless they are in 2 places, swill check that soon

Oh nice! On your side it should be Perfect Dark#31255432#4#0_all.png and for me its Perfect Dark#811C1034#4#0_all.png
Not sure why it changed from glide64 to gliden64 since usually _all fiels are the same.

Also whatever was going on with alpha ranges above 6 bits not working with the windows for this file (if I dump the original window texture it still used the full range?)
seems to have carried over to the one which I lowered the the alpha range on to fix in game, since its now broken in explorer under certain conditions.

Also somthing interesting, if I layer the lightness/luminance/chroma above another texture its ok, but as soon as I include all informatation from the original it breaks in game again, no matter which format I export it as or set the layer to

Notice I have added an underscore at the start of the filename, since I archived it.

Strange, i suppose you renamed according to your Gliden64 nomenclature?
yeah its just the base texture but scaled up, looks like what you worked off of
just switched over to the one I caled up form the 256 since its fairly almost what it should be. oddly it appears misaligned even though its fine when I have it next to the other 4 as an image, I uspscaled the 4 sides as a whole to avoid that.

Villa is full of random issues anyways though, I get slowdowns when zooming in on certain things and it has tons of holes between surfaces and badly baked on lighting (unliek other levels which actually actively calculate based off of the textures in the way). I think when the pc port comes ill just rework the level.

Also I think the wholes might explains why auto aim always stats trying to go through the floor

Also finished finding out where the last bit of particles came from and remade all but the explosions. Just need to finish up the translucent surfaces now that I got the difficult windows on villa done, and the grenades and some weapons. I already redid the night vision/ir/xray and the shield

And I realized afterwards that 3 textures are missing. I'll work on it later. Be aware though that my pace will get slower from now. I'll do as much as I can before this project returns to hypersleep mode.

That worked out really well that all the textures I didnt have you ended up making

Since ravine is really not made out of anything and is fully unique, I think I might remake it a little differently
