  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

hmm, pictures are usefull, and the sword handle that bugs me most, my pics need depth but i think that my sword handle is a strating point for other people to work on (i CANT texture). anyway, i have infront of me a miniature lump of wood, almost exactly the same as the one saria sits at when playing sarias song, i know that the ingame version is roughly 6 years old so 6 rings, i dont have a camera so i cant post a screenie, but it goes from a milk chocolate colour in the middle to a whitey-yellow chocolate color, like dream brand...

I finally figured tis stuff out, and now Im working on Navi's texture. Pretty easy for me, since Ive never done textures for a game before, but they're turning out pretty good. Ill post some screenies when Im done with the full texture

!!! navi is exxtremely hard to perfect, btw the wings have no veins running up them, and the wings go dark to the top, light to the bottom, the circle is light inside, nearly black outside, the reason i know this crap is because i have a wii, so i studied navi.

I attemted at the ordon shield, but it didn't come out quite well, but then that's because I just wanted to see what files needed to be chnged in order for it ot take effect... Hm... Ill update my status.

Anyways, I do like a lot of the textures, You had potential in the making for those, But I have to say the textures lacked the depth they needed. They almost had like a cel shaded quality. But I will say I did love the logo for Hyrule field, But as Hyrule Field goes, I've been working on that and I've got that almost completed(beside the sky), As for Link's Shield, I have that completed already as well. I'm going to list what I need done and What I'm working on.

I have noticed the lack of depth to. I was a begginer at the time I made those textures. I can make it better but seeing as you have already done it, I will not. I want to see some more of your work.

I also have TP, but that's not really the case. The problem I am having is FINDING her texture. I have finished the wings, but I have yet to find the ball texture. Any pointers to what the file looks like and/or is named, would really help. (btw, the wings are custom made by me, not a crappy rip)

Oh yeah, I have NO idea why link is white, so... Yeah...

the wings look pretty nice; I've started to follow this topic it seems pretty organized...

maybe you should start a new thread since mdtauk has left the project?

hmm, that n is horrible!!! the wings arent triangles, and you even screwed up the triangles! the sides are like /\/\/\/\/\/\/\/ nd i wouldnt use them any day, but good first try.

Dude, get a reality check. This is not Ocarina of Time style, it's twilight princess style, if you look at a screenshot of twilight princess, (Wii Version) The cursor has a fairy, and the wings are a lot similar.
