What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

I tampered with with some of the interface stuff once, example being the day counter on the timer, I changed "1st" to a fancy font and put "First" instead, little things like that, tried to add colored outlines to the "dawn of the **** day" scenes. Little things.

I'm double posting to say that PMming me isn't necessary for information, you can ask in a post on this thread, because that's what its for :p

This is just a note that the project is also being hosted on n64redux.com and will be more active there I believe.

I love the fact that you're inspired by that article, revenile, since I too have read it all and finds it very intriguing. It's one of the things that makes MM so great, the small details and clues spread across the game. This game still looks very good in my eyes but it also deserves any enhancement it can get.

I wish you and the rest the best of luck with this project (though luck has little to do with it, if you're motivated enough to actually do this I have no doubt that it WILL be good).

Does anyone else have a problem with slowdown at the beginning of the game? During the opening cutscene, It's barely moving at all.

Probably because of a framebuffer effect. I've had that happen too. I've since switched to PJ64 1.7 and it works with those nicely.
