Speaking of religious persecution, I always find christians persecuting others rather than vice versa...it only goes the other direction on the internet because nobody has to worry about what type of person everybody perceives them to be. E.g. its as if your average christian community perceives athiests as being on par with murderers or pedophiles, so openly announcing yourself as such can catch you some flak, whereas here nobody gives a shit, and you don't get missionaries knocking on your door everytime you commit herecy.
