Actually, there are two cable ISPs available in Colorado, Comcast and Adelphia, AFAIK. Comcast reportedly sucks the most, thus you should choose Adelphia.
I have been getting some wording that Comcast sucks, because their TOS reportedly states that even a VPN is prohibited, Comcast has the guts to tell people they're prohibited from setting up a VPN in your own house!!!
Also, even worse I gotten some wording that Comcast will have people drive by your house, possibly everyday to see what what you got connected on your house and thus if they see you have a VPN or more than one computer hooked up to the cable, your account will be terminated or they have a computer port scan you repeatedly to stop people from running a server.
