What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

Help w/ Rice Video

Hey all, I'm new here.

Anyway, I'm having a bit of a problem with emulating Banjo Kazooie with Rice's Video Plugin. The plugin that comes with the emulator (both P64 and 1964) works fine, but in either program, when I use Rice's Video Plugin, with or without the hi-res textures, I get the same problem.

What happens is some textures seem to load while others don't at random intervals. Like I walk through and the wall texture appears white for instance, as I walk around it randomly loads, and a few seconds later the floor texture goes white. It only happens for this game and its rather annoying (or at least play inhibiting) so I was wondering if you guys might have an idea what would cause this, since I have little experience with such matters. I've attached a screenshot of what I'm looking at.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have gotten a problem similar to that when messing with my combiner type in DirectX. That happened to me when it was on "Low End Video Card". Try messing with your combiner type.
