All the CT Remakes are going down. This is one of many to get the cease and desist. Eventually, Square-Enix will be the most hated company in the world (besides Enron)
I mean sure the project was using copyrighted material, but why doesn't Square take a hint from this that people want more CT stuff? I wish there was a gaming company that actually listened to its fans .
On the side note, I wish today's industry released more RPGs like the PSX did. I am quite tired of seeing all these "shooters". They were fun and innovative a time a go, but now games like Battlefield Aruba XXXVII Frontline Disaster: Cadet's Defection (note:fictional title) has taken up all the room for the classics that need to be made.
One could easily see the type of money that would be made if the company got together with these CT revive-programmers and ported it to console. Then they'd both net money and the consumers and producers would all be happy and running across the hills, hand-in-hand, in their newfound joy and eternal partnership.
But NO...arty:
you are very right, ppl like me (PC gamers) have to put up with a shooter and a RTS per day and no innovative RPG or an action game, it is getting quite ridiculous to see game companies trying to tell us what to like or what works with system A, B or C, it is nonsense, gamers are one and the same, we wanbt entertaining games, you know, the fun ones.
