RPGlover, do you know where I can find a higher quality video from E3 or is that it?

That's the same video I used. It was straight off Nintendo's website and was 5mb,quicktime.

Guess there isn't a better one :(

Just had to give this a try and I have to say that Gif Movie Gear is one easy program to manipulate animated Gifs. Start with 2 Mb of data and widdle it down to 19 frames with a size of 17.3k. For the first one it took me about 2 hours. I used Camtasia for grabbing it, Thumbsplus for batch enhancing the individual gifs and Gif Movie Gear for all the rest.

Thanks for all the information guys, it was a big help.

Very small and cute Kirby 64 one, these are easy to make, smooth, and with plenty of variations. More soon (tomorrow).

It was too big to be an avatar, they have to be *100 by 100 pixels* or under...
(The file size is still much much too big.. *should* to be 40 or less kb.)
