i don't have the file ip.bin that some people are talking about, is it necessary to have it? and is necessary to have this file for each game or is this file for all the games, and its unfindable

i mounted a cdi and when i start chankast, it goes in the menu, and when i click play it says plz put a game disc, i dont understand why is it doing this and how to solve this problem plz!!!!
