  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

Here is a not-so-quick mod I made for this game on the past few days

Requirements:
Project64 2.1 and Glide64 "Final" video plugin along with the v1.2 (U) version of this rom

Installation:
1) Fairly straight, just decompress the file in your plugin folder and enable Hi-Res textures on Glide64 using the only supported format available
2) Copy and replace this into your Project64.rdb file:

Closing Notes:
The folder "Dummy Test" contains blanked textures of the Lens Flare effect, If you don't want to remove this effect, just delete this folder.
Needless to say, don't pick the Map in any dungeon as I didn't blanked out those textures (mainly because I never pick it anyway), but if there is any interest in this mod I will update it to fix this.
Finally I could have blanked out the hearts and the ammunition numbers to get rid of the last HUD elements but that doesn't seemed practical gameplay wise (though I can add it as an optional folder if you want to use it, say, for taking HUDless screenshots)...

Its finished, for me at least, but I take suggestions if there is something that could be improved or a bug is found...if its need to be moved to the WIPs section I am ok with it...
