Well, abandonware ISN'T legal, simple as that. the N64 had like only 400 unique games for it, the GC doesn't have much over a hundred so far, not thousands. and it doesn't really matter whether they care or not, it's illegal, therefore, can't be distributed on this forum. BTW, nintendo doesn't take piracy matters into their own hands too often, most of it is dealt with the IDSA. They're the ones that crippled cherryroms.
