What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

Lol. That's awsome. It's amazing how much great stuff has been made while I've been gone. You did a sweet job, man.

lol, Oh, wow, yeah, it's been a year and 3 months, not 3 months, my mistake. I thought I posted this in Joel's thread, about it being one of my favorite ones. I really want to see that realistic uncartoony one completed, of Joel's project. Although I do like this one too, and will download it now.

Sorry for bumping up such an old thread, after I posted in it, other people are now too, I guess they think it's still new and active because of me. lol

I see this is an old thread, but it was brought to my attention through the author posting on the texture sizing thread that's recent.

Some really good textures in this pack here that I like a lot. It's what should be done to most games imo with super detailed, hi-res look. Some textures, however, don't look so good. They've been stretched and filtered and sharpended a little too much that the RGB colouring has become distorted and taken on that "rainbow" artifact.

There's one thing I really want to know: how did you/he manage to resize the textures beyond the limit of the plug-in? I want to know. A game like Banjo could really benifit.
