What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

This is the day I declare this game a Coded Titan.
The game uses around 500 textures for the first dungeon (thats not getting retexture unless someone helps me),
Its the second game I've seen (and attempted to retexture) that uses far draw distance textures (just like in TES Oblivion) for almost any texture it uses. This will take loads of time, maybe years, and yet no peeps seem to be even a little exited for this (cept for the ones who already expressed joy here).
So Iam switching to slow develpment status.

No screenies this time.

Anyone willing to help will be welcome with open arms and a jar of cookies.

well i think a realistic, megaman zx/zero aproach would be really sweet, but i think an megaman x look would be easier, then it would be the easiest to jus do a cel shaded or cartoonish pack since like i said, its easy and i think more people would want that anyway

Another reason why there is so many textures are the animated walls.
They use 1 texture per frame, multyplying the number of textures used for every wall by about 12.

Yup but it looks like the developers hitted a brick wall and they had to make every single wall, floor, and ceiling (lol there's no ceilings) animated so even when there's no animations every wall changes too wich is bitching as given enough time to identify every texture i could make a psychedelic or life breathing (alien style) dungeon... but oh well... That would take like 4 months to do.

And I'm not mentioning that the dungeon walls also use draw distance textures.
