  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
    We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
    Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

    If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
    Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
    If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
    RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

Problems with OoT Hi-Res pack

Hi, I have downloaded the Federelli's Ocarina of Time Hi-Res pack and loaded it with Mudlord's Rice Video Build 6.1.4(I find it here) on Project 64 1.6.
I have white zones(squared zones, triangular...various shapes) in game. Often where there is grass.
Version of the game, is Legend_of_Zelda,_The_-_Ocarina_of_Time_(E)_(V1.0)_[!]

Why I have this problem? Maybe I use a wrong plugin version?
I have an high-end pc, Core2Duo E6600, 4Gb DDR2 800, GeForce8800 GTX, Vista Home Premium 64, all with latest versions of drivers.

Please help me.

Hi,
you must use "Rices Video Plugin 6.1.1 beta 10". You can search with Google for that. I use that Hi-res pack and it works great with a GeForce3 Ti 200.


(my english isn´t the best, cause I´m german and I still learning English)

I'm Italian, me too don't speak english very well. However also Glide64 Napalm is good for hi-res textures.
