Get Pokemon Colosseum to Work

well, just try some cheat to get legendary pokemon, it works. However, some of them cannot enter battle colosseum. I wonder if pokemon XD is better. Does pokemon XD contains battle colosseum loke pokemon colosseum?

I heard that: run game Shadow The Hedgehog first, then stop dolphin (don't close it). open Xd and it'll load.
i still wonder if XD is better than colloseum?
