Resident Evil 1 Remake

Config: Dolphin X86 SVN R438
DX9 GFX plugin
DSP-HLE
NJoy v0.3

System Specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6700 2.7Ghz
2GB DDR2 Kingston PC9600 @ 1200mhz
Geforce 8800 GTS 640MB
SB XFi Fatality Pro

The game starts up just fine, all the cinematics play correctly.
The FPS is very good running over 20 most of the time.
Sound is good (music, sfx) without any cracking or skipping.
The backgrounds and lighting effects seem fine.
But the characters suffer some monstrous polygon deformation for some reason.
Tried OGL also, and messed around with the option with no success.

I'm also getting a black/gray border on the right side of the screen.

Well , to fix the problem with the models follow the next steps :

Open the File Dolphin.ini in the line OptimizeQuantizers = True change to OptimizeQuantizers = False
and with that the models back to the normaly.:satisfied

I think there's a bug in emulation here. The boss kind of disappears so you can't hit him. I think he goes behind you because you can still hear him. You can't get hit by his attacks except the meteor shower one.

Nice nice nice! But eerm, FPS? Would you mind sharing those? :p I guess your FPS at zelda was like 9 because you only took screenshot of the first part of the game.

Heh, I used the internal screenshot feature of FRAPS, which filtered out the FPS numbers. Granted, they were pretty decent for a GameCube emulator. And I only took screenshots of the beginning because there was no sound, and to me that makes a game like this not worth playing.

I dunno what happend here its new in this version and its in all maps of SSBM

HLEBios = True
UseDynarec = True
UseDualCore = True

DefaultGCM =
OptimizeQuantizers = True

Copied from Dolphin.ini .. use this settings in every SVN build (and yes i turned OQ out and the bugs were still there)

Some others who discovered this?

Give me your graphicscard... NOW!! XD

Cool screenshots, and nice speeds. =) I want the same, but can't get up to 30 fps, just in house. But heey, it's nice anyway. :D

The graphics card doesn't matter as much as the CPU at this point, which he overclocked 1100 megahertz anyway. LOL. Be happy with your 8800GT, I am.

Oh, that's true. =) But I also plays some other games that require a good GFX, but mine is good anyways.

I would like a Intel Quad, but don't have money for that. :p
