and here is shemmue1 cd1 running on the jap bios

it seems to work, just like a normal dreamcast (that menu thing again )

Alright, use daemon tools 3.29 and try all your games with it. After that tell me if any of them work.

Mount one of them, open Chankast and select the drive where the mounted image is, run Chankast. Do it with all the images. Does any of your games run after this procedure?

have you tried using Alcohol 120%'s image drive instead of daemon tools?
