Yeah, sorry if I missspelled the last sentence, I never had problems with all builds of mudlords Rice builds, I even started a retexture project with it.MasterPhW it is a problem with this plug in and vista.
The source code that this is based off (6.1.2) seems to have a problem with vista or at least access problems.
MasterPhW have you even tried this plugin out?
If so have you set the exe to anything (Like computability modes?)
I have no problem with the latest of mudlords.
I've never tried anything older then mudlords latest.
I'm still convince it's a problem with this plugin and vista.
Even if it isn't a vista specific problem at least we know it has something to do with Access Violations.

Your second post doesn't even make sense since there is no such thing of 16 bit OS these days.
Windows Vista uses a more powerful graphics driver(Not gpu drivers) which makes games slower on old systems.
EDIT:
Just run windows debug on project 64 and i can confirm that the plugin is causing Access Violations
Any idiot can see he is referring to 16bit colour.
