I need a program that can be run to enhance a PC game graphics, like smooth the whole gameplay or add scanlines and stuff. Why? Because I'm play The Typing of The Dead, and the graphics suck, so I want to smooth it out. Anyone know of any?

ok I just got done installing Silent Hill 4. But when I tried to run it, I got an error.. I opened up the requirements check thingy that came with the game. It turns out I had everything required EXCEPT for pixelshader... I did some research on the net and found out nvidia geforce4 mx doesn't...
