I think that a tutorial thread for Photoshop/Gimp would help out alot with the progression of retextures because I'm sure I'm not the only one like this, but I don't know anything about Photoshop/Gimp. I think that the tutorials in this thread should mainly be for Gimp though since Gimp is free...
