Zelda OOT - Great Fairies not appearing

Hello,
I'm playing Zelda OOT, and even though I go into the great fairy fountain, play Zelda's Lullabye while standing upon the Triforce symbol, the great fairy does not appear. It plays the "congrats, you got it right" noise, but nothing happens.

I'm using Mudlord/Rice's video plugin (debug beta) if that has anything to do with it. I'm on Windows 7 64bit. No other emulation problems though (besides graphical issues which are to be expected).

Are you sure you have a good ROM?

I think so (dloaded it).
Maybe I'll try a different ROM.
Will I still be able to load my game?

Assuming you used a native save (one created by saving as you would normally on the original console, not a save state made through the emulator) the save should be compatible with any version of OoT (aside from Master Quest, of course).
