What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart

Zelda Oot Default texture download available?

Hey guys, I was wondering if there was a download out there that could get me Zelda: Oot default textures (and if possible in a organized folder system). I'm very new to this concept of being able to fully re-texture Nintendo 64 games, and I'm extremely excited to give this a go. I still need to learn a few things especially about what the purpose of each file dumped for the game is for, and where each texture goes in the game with there alpha channels. I've been in the re-texturing community for games for a couple of years now, and think it's a great thing to do in my pastime from work and college studies. If you would like to see some of my previous work I've been over at the site Fpsbanana.com as a character/weapon re-texture designer for the games Counter Strike, Counter Strike: Source, Day of Defeat, and Day of Defeat: Source. My Previous Work I hope once i get the grasp on this I can then start to create my own re-textured Nintendo 64 games for everyone to enjoy. Starting off with one of my favorite games of all time The Legends of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
