Zelda Majoras Mask Help

I was playing the game, and during one of the boss fights, Link was able to go through most props in the game(people, signs, chests, ect). But this makes some parts unplayable, like killing one of the sub-bosses your character need to hit him with your body, but I go straight through him. But it only does it in that save, if I start a new game, it works right. Any way to fix this?

If it's a save state then you are pretty much out of luck- whatever the reason the state of the game was saved when it was corrupt so quitting and reloading the state will reload the current corrupt condition. You could try importing the state into 1964 but I doubt that will work. If it's a native save then I don't know- it depends what is causing the problem- video plugin would be my guess (probably wrong).

I got it, i used a native save, and it started to work. if I use a normal save in pj64, it screws up again.
