Zelda and the latest nVidia drivers

I was wondering if any of you guys have this problem with both Zeldas:

OK, so yesterday I was feeling like playing good ol’ Zelda OOT again after almost 2 years I finished both games. So I reinstall PJ64 and run OOT but I find texture graphics were behaving strange. This also happened with Majora´s Mask.
I’m using Project64 v1.5 with SP1.

Screenshots of this problem can be found at the end of this post as attachments (sorry but I can’t figure out how to make the “insert image” button work:)).

As you can see, some times some textures aren’t drawn correctly and water doesn’t seems to be drawn at all.
So I wondered why it was behaving like that.
The only stuff I’ve changed in my system since last time I played are “WinXP SP2” “DirectX 9.0c” and “nVidia drivers v66.93”.
So I decided I’d try uninstalling my current nVidia drivers and install the ones I was using back then when I had none of these problems (nVidia v56.72). And it worked, these problems disappeared.
So has anyone tried to play both Zelda titles with the recent nVidia v66.93 drivers and had this problem too???
Is there some updated video plug-in for these new drivers???

I have the full ROM collection of both, OOT and MM according to GoodN64 v2.02a (69 ROMs). And all of them present this behavior.

My system specs are:
P4 3.0GHz HT enabled, 800MHz BUS
MSI 865PE Neo2 Mobo
nVidia GeForce 4 440MX with v66.93 Drivers
Windows XP Professional SP2
DirectX 9.0c

The newer drivers don't really do much with older cards, so staying with older drivers that you know work is not a bad thing.

I suppose you could try Rice's Video with the Limited 2 Stage combiner or best fit and see if that helps with the newer drivers.

best bet is don't use lates bvidia drivers with mx cards, stick with older driver ones like the 30.82 ones.

50.57 or 53.76 are the best drivers for the mx440. Never use any newer drivers for the mx440 - nvidia don't optimise for older cards, they only concentrate on the new cards!

Idiotic reply and totally unrelated.. the OS has got nothing to do with his problems. :/

Obviously, use older drivers for that MX440.

Compared to the idiotic replies you have made in your time mine is rather mild :p
