My favourites include Finnish beers like Karhu and Urho, spanish Mahou (too bad they don't sell it here), and Czech stuff like Velkopopovicky.

Well... Lapin Kulta is from Finland so it isn't exclusive to you damn swedes but anyway it tastes like piss.

Tooheys NEW is great on tap but shithouse in bottle
and then you have the premiums, Crown and Hahn.

Yeah but the lighter (American) Beers are good 'cause they go down so smooth and don't make you sick. They are good in that respect, and they DO taste good, unless you are going for a really rich beer taste, which your highly aquired palatte enjoys
As an alternative to all that, as I said, I enjoy a good Heineken.

Everybody can't have good taste Not sure but I'm pretty sure that Lapin Kulta, although the name is Finnish, is brewed in Sweden by a Swedish brewery and probaly mostly drunk by swedes...

Lapin Kulta is brewed in Finland. More specifically about a kilometer from where I live here in Tornio. The brewery is currently owned by Hartwall, which is a large Finnish beverage company. Just check the bottle (or the can) and you'll probably find 'export' printed somewhere on the label.
