What's new

Yeah, a completely stupid question, but I'm new to this kind of thing.

1) read the readme if applicable - some further steps may be required.
2) copy the dll into the plugins folder

Odd. I tried that but I got error messages when I tried starting up PJ64. There wasn't a Readme either...

If you're trying to install Rice's plugin, I get the same error...I can't be bothered to get it again, since I deleted the DLLs

Yeah, I tried both. Downloaded the newest beta, didn't seem to work. Downloaded the latest full version, didn't seem to work either.

So now, here I am :/

Ok, I got it to work. You need to put the BMGLibPNG.dll into the Project64 main folder (C:\Program Files\Project64 usually) and not the plugin folder. Meanwhile, RiceVideo.dll and RiceVideo6.1.0.ini go into the Plugin folder. Do not put the file "put BMGLibPNG.dll to your emulator folder" anywhere. It should now work.

The stuff for using rice's plugin is in the forum check out the search functionality (or saying which plugin you needed help with would have been good too) so it's working now? good

Thanks, I'll try that when I get home.
