Xbox 2 Pics (Yeah Right..)

We’re not sure if these are legit or not, but an anonymous tipster who claimed to be a part of a focus group for the upcoming Xbox 2 sent us some questionable screengrabs of two of the “logos and console designs being considered for the next generation Xbox system”..

I totally heard the Xbox 2 comes with emulators for every console from the original Pong through the Nintendo Revolution.

I dig the console design, no sharp corners, and overall a slick and futuristic look. The logo on the other hand is freaking attrocious.

I still don't see why we're at the stage where consoles have to be numbered these days. I mean, the MegaDrive (Genisis) wasn't known as a Master System 2 now, was it?!

It's because Sony made people think it was "cool" to be a sequel to something. Not that they, y'know, release a lot of sequels or anything... *cough*.
