I think that Legend Of Success Joe on the Neo-Geo could be a nice contender to that one. And of course the huge number of god-awful games that came out on the NES right when it was dying... Bootlegs I guess... Stuff like "Mortal Kombat special - 56 peoples" ---> that`s the spelling in the game by the way. Ugh.
